In case you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know why and we will take care of it. Our goal is to help all our customers when a problem occurs and resolve it as soon as possible.

Our Return Policy:

If you notice any manufacturing defects when you receive your order, like broken crystal or design imperfections, contact us at once.

After the arrival of your crystal, you have 48 hours to send us a photo of the flaw. Our team will verify the problem and fix it. You will be asked to send us back the first crystal to get the new one.

We take great pride in our customer service and want you to feel confident in our customer support. Rest assured, we will leave no stone unturned when it comes to offering you a flawless experience.

Our Cancellation/Change of Photo Policy:

If you have completed your purchase and decide to cancel your order within the first 10 minutes, you will get all of your money back.

If you cancel your order later than the 10 minutes’ time, our team will have already started working on your crystal, and that is why $25 will be deducted from your refund.

If your cancellation request arrives after we have manufactured your crystal and before we have shipped it to you, you will get a 50% refund.

In case you wish to change the photo, and your crystal has not been engraved yet, it will cost you $25 to remake the crystal.

All of our products are fully customized, and as such, they are not refundable once they are shipped.

Please note that as we make personalized products, we start charging when we start working on your order, and that is why we strictly follow all the above policies concerning a refund, cancellation, and photo change.
